The Ubisoft Forums announce that a new patch is now available for Might & Magic Heroes VI to update the fantasy-themed strategy sequel to version 2.1. The new version has changes and fixes to the game as well as accommodations for the newly released Shades of Darkness content. They also admit to an issue that will prevent the automatic update of the game in certain territories, and provide manual patches for users affected by this, though they add that the Steam version will update itself as expected.
