TimeGate Loses Section 8 Appeal

This document (Adobe Acrobat format) from the United States Court of Appeals show that TimeGate Studios has lost a court appeal over the outcome of their litigation with publisher SouthPeak Interactive over Section 8, the sci-fi first-person shooter. SouthPeak won the initial case in arbitration, TimeGate won on appeal, and now this has been reversed by the higher court. Subject to further appeal, SouthPeak has won a $7.35 million (forgot to add the "million" part at first, sorry) compensatory award from TimeGate as well as ownership of the Section 8 IP. Thanks Polygon.
