MacCentral Online is reporting that the OS X port of Quake III Arena has been delayed until the next full update of the operating system (thanks Eric Cherry). This is due in part to major problems that were brought up in the last release (Developer Preview 4), and Andrew Abernathy of Omni Development Group (the company behind the port) is quoted as saying that Apple is, "doing a great job overall -- it's really just a matter of them not having gotten quite everything we need polished enough for DP4."
