With the calendar now on December, I find myself with visions of chili peppers dancing through my head, as it seems time to make another batch of chili. MrsBlue recently picked me up a giant package of ghost peppers (all of an ounce, which I figure is enough to kill our entire village), so I'm over-equipped for the effort, so I'll have to exercise some judgment that I'm not used to, but I have some margin for error, as it's hard to make something too spicy for me, and MrsBlue has me beaten in this regard.
