Guild Wars 2 Halloween Events Begin

These Update Notes on the Guild Wars 2 Forum have details on a new update that's now live, bringing the promised Halloween events to ArenaNet's MMORPG. In addition to all the new themed content for the occasion, the new version also has a few general fixes. Thanks Jason.
