Coffee Stain Studios announces that Steam now offers a Mac OS X edition of Sanctum, offering the chance to play the action/tower defense hybrid while still thinking different. "We’re tremendously proud of how Sanctum has performed on the PC," said Anton Westbergh, CEO of Coffee Stain Studios. "Creating a Mac version is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and we couldn’t be happier to now be able to bring our unique blend of hybrid gameplay to a brand new audience." This is accompanied by word that they have repackaged the game's DLC into one free and one premium pack:

In celebration of the Mac launch, Coffee Stain Studios has restructured Sanctum’s downloadable content, including three tower DLCs (Violator, Penetrator, and Killing Floor) completely free of charge, and grouping others together in the affordably bundled “Sanctum Map Pack 1”.
