The World of Warplanes Website announces that closed beta testing is now underway for Wargaming.net's upcoming MMO aerial combat game. They are accepting applications, saying that those who applied for the alpha test are already registered, and will receive priority attention. Here's a bit on the beta:

We have implemented several game control modes to suite both experienced and novice pilots. And we have also created a tutorial scenario to help newcomers get to grips with their warplanes, teaching them the nuts and bolts of basic aviation.
