Kalypso Media announces that Tropico 4: Modern Times is now available in North America for Windows PCs, offering the chance to once again put on the jackboots of beloved leader El Presidente. This expansion for the dictator simulation, which is required, features a new campaign, additional edicts, buildings and much more, all set in a new modern timeline.
