This trailer from Ubisoft admits to delay for the console editions of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, saying the tactical shooter sequel is now due on May 22, 2012 in the U.S. and May 24th in Europe, rather than in March, as was previously expected (thanks Gamer's Hell). IP Development Director Adrian Lacey says the extra time is "to make sure your experience is perfect," and offers word on plans for console beta testing. More significantly, he also reverses course on earlier indications that there will not be a PC edition of this game, saying: "And for those PC fans out there, yes, we are announcing officially the PC version of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. You will, of course, get the Ghost Recon Online experience which is a free-to-play game, but Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, that wonderful big blockbuster, is coming to you as well." Update: Ubisoft sent an official announcement on this indicating the Windows PC edition will follow after the console editions "at a later date."
