The Matrix Games Website has details: "The update is quite huge and boasts a huge list of changes, fixes, and improvements, including an improvement to route finding with way-points, overhauls to both Formation Movement and Fatigue, HQ task assignment and movement fixes, many bug fixes, and other improvements as well."
