Retired Boston Celtics center Bill Russell is suing Electronic Arts and the National Collegiate Athletic Association in U.S. District Court for using his likeness without his consent in a "Tournament of Legends" feature in EA's NCAA basketball game, reports Bloomberg Businessweek. The 77 year-old Russell, a two-time NCAA champion, 11-time NBA champion; and five-time MVP, seeks a court order blocking further sale of the videos and video games, disgorgement of profits from the games, as well as unspecified damages.
