We're looking for programmers with a wide range of skills: Tools programmers, lead programmers, and programmers with a history of design. But mainly we're looking for the ability to code in Windows, C++, Open GL and DirectX like nobody's business -- we're talking kick-ass skills combined with enough self-confidence to help us shape the future of gaming.
