Eurogamer has word that the U.K. launch of cloud-based gaming service OnLive is scheduled (pronounced sheduled in this case) for September 22, coinciding with the Eurogamer Expo 2011, where the service will be demonstrated, and word is: "OnLive will hand out thousands of free game systems that work on any HDTV." The OnLive U.K. website offers signups for the service. They quote OnLive CEO Steve Perlman: "OnLive will utterly transform gaming in the U.K."
