Chinese MMOG specialist Perfect World's acquisition of developer Cryptic Studios from Atari is now complete, reports GamesInsdustry.biz (registration required). The sale was announced in May for a reported $50 million USD in cash. Word is: "Atari will use €21.6 million from the sale to pay a portion of its debt to BlueBay, with the balance funding projects in the social and mobile markets."
