The Grand Theft Auto IV San Andreas Website now offers the first beta version of this modification that adds the content of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to Grand Theft Auto IV so it can be experienced through GTA IV's Rockstar Advanced Game Engine (RAGE). This release is actually a bit earlier than expected, as the website has an update from June saying to expect the first beta in autumn. These screenshots offer a look at the outcome.
