Atari's plan to sell Cryptic Studios has already been executed, as GamesIndustry.biz (registration required) has word that the MMO developer is now the property of Chinese online games operator Perfect World. Word is the developer changed hands in a cash transaction worth $50.3 million USD (€35 million/£30.4m).
