The Mass Effect Downloadable Content Page offers the semi-recent release of the Windows and Xbox 360 editions of Mass Effect: Genesis, an interactive digital comic from BioWare and Dark Horse comics originally created for PS3 users, since the original Mass Effect was never released on that platform.
