A semi-recent post on Mod DB offers a new version 2 of Action Half-Life 2, which is a little surprising considering version 1 of this Half-Life 2 modification was released almost two years ago. Here's word: "The release version contains many animations and other things you have not seen during the open beta and also includes 9 official maps of which three are remakes of AHL classics. We also got a manual which not only tells you how to play AHL2 but also contains necessary information you need if you want to build maps or custom player models for AHL2.
