Activision announces November 8, 2011 as the official worldwide release date for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, the upcoming military shooter sequel. This confirms a previous rumor that was recently bolstered by the image of a MW3 poster that carried that date, as well as the listing for the game on Amazon.com.
