Open beta testing is now underway for Ruined, a Unity-engine arena combat game from Bigpoint which is their first title created entirely in the United States. Here's word on how this game makes it good to be bad: "Set in wrecked venues inspired by some of San Francisco’s best known landmarks -- such as the Golden Gate Bridge -- Ruined is a fast-paced, tournament-style third-person shooter that pits players against one another in a competition to become the ultimate villain."
