There's more from the Activision Blizzard earnings conference call on VG247, where they report that Activision boss Bobby Kotick told investors to expect details on this year's installment in the Call of Duty series of military shooter in the coming weeks, redundantly saying: "This year’s Call of Duty initiative will create the best… initiatives to date." They speak of making a "robust investment" in the game as well as the upcoming microtransaction-driven CoD game they are bringing to China. Gamasutra has word on this as well, saying the next Call of Duty "will incorporate the digital and social networking initiatives being developed at its new dedicated Beachhead studio."
