Now I'm convinced Hudson the wonder dog enjoyed her recent night out, as the next night she took several minutes to come in when I called her, which is very unusual. I think she had already picked out a place to sleep. Speaking of the doggies, Self-sufficient dog is self-sufficient is a trailer sent along by Ant that reminds me of self-sufficient Gunnar-man, who plays the same game, among others. Besides rolling his ball downhill to chase it, he has a technique of standing on it to shoot it out like a tiddlywink so he can chase it. Never underestimate the ingenuity of a dog who wants to play. Gunnar's version of the rolling the ball down the hill game is much grosser, however, as the slobbery tennis ball ends up coated in mud, like a big dirty snowball, which deters him not at all. He just eventually comes in and cleans his filthy mouth in the water bowl, leaving a heap of dirt in the bowl. I should try to get him in an Orbit gum commercial.
