MTV Networks today announced the formation of 345 Games, a new developer to create games based on the programming on Comedy Central and Spike TV. Their first project is Deadliest Warrior: Legends, a PSN/XBLA sequel to Pipeworks Software's console Deadliest Warrior game. This will be followed by Ugly Americans: Apocalypsegeddon, a four-player co-op console game. Thanks Gamasutra.
