SouthPeak Interactive announces a delay for Stronghold 3, saying Firefly's castle-construction strategy sequel is now expected this summer "to include a host of great new features that will ensure Stronghold 3 truly is the king of the castle." The game was first announced for release this spring, a window that was quickly revised to Q1 2011. "We want to make sure fans get the game they want and deserve," said designer Simon Bradbury. "Although some may be disappointed the game isn’t coming out as soon as they expected, we’re sure they won’t be disappointed with the new elements we’re adding to the franchise, to make this the best Stronghold yet."
