The MyCrysis Forums have word that the Crysis II system requirements posted yesterday are neither official nor final. This is a little odd, as they were posted on the German Crysis Facebook page, but here's word: "These minimum specs are not official or final, we'll have an announcement about this soon. Please note if you didn't hear it from me/see it on MyCrysis, then it's not official :)" Thanks VG247.
