TimeGate reveals plans to follow their upcoming Section 8: Prejudice with a third installment in the series that began with Section 8 in September 2009, though they are not sure it will be another first-person shooter the third time around. "We are committed to the franchise: we're already working on the next one, and we're going to make it better and better," TimeGate CEO Adel Chaveleh tells Digital Spy. "As for the next product and how it's evolving and [the] business model and everything else, we don't know whether it's going to be a true sequel again or whether we are going to go off and do a new type of game in the Section 8 universe." He adds: "We're going to continue to watch the marketplace and make decisions based on timing and everything else. We're not rigidly focused on how we bring the product to market." Thanks BeyondUnreal. Section 8: Prejudice is due for release via digital distribution later this quarter.
