A post on the NeoGAF Forums recaps some news from EGM #244, the latest issue of the gaming magazine. There are a couple of Gearbox-related tidbits there, one being to expect more details on Duke Nukem Forever around the end of this month or the beginning of next. On what is perhaps a related note, the poster's account on the magazine's content says that Aliens: Colonial Marines will not be released this year. The long-in development shooter does not have a set release date, but in in August 2009 SEGA president Mike Hayes suggested it would not be longer than 12 months after the release of Rebellion's Aliens versus Predator, which took place in February 2010. In September 2010 "I promise you it will not take as long as Duke Nukem Forever," so they still have at least seven years to get this one out the door. Thanks Big Download.
