Paradox Interactive announces completion of development on Europa Universalis III Divine Wind, saying the new Far East expansion for the real-time strategy sequel is due next week on December 14, and that preorders are now underway at various online distributors. This requires Europa Universalis III Complete as well as the Heir to the Throne expansion to play, introducing a new graphical style, a more detailed map, and new Asian provinces.
