A new patch is now available for Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 to update the association football/soccer game to version 1.02. The new version is available automatically from within the game, and there is also a manual patch available from The Patches Scrolls. The change list for the new version follows.

• Supporter's chants have been changed for certain teams.
• Changes were made to the overall Game balance regarding certain Skills and Feints such as "Rainbow Flick" and "Sideway Dribble".
• Changes were made to the Master League Game balance.
