Happy Día de los Muertos! Today is also election day here in the U.S., the dreaded midterms where voting is dominated by the elderly (since MrsBlue and I plan on voting I think I just insulted us). As usual, a third of the Senate and all of the House are up for grabs, as are 36 Governor positions, including the top job here in New York. There's a lot of dissatisfaction among the public at this point, so a lot of incumbents will lose their jobs, which causes one to wonder why anyone would want to take over responsibility for such a messy situation, but here's hoping they do good jobs.
