Beware of elephants, as Matrix Games announces that Hannibal: Rome and Carthage in the Second Punic War is now available, presumably in an super-sized box to accommodate the strategy game's title. In conjunction with the release the Wargame has a two part AAR as well as notes on the game from developer Forced March Games.
