A delay to Test Drive Unlimited 2 will push the release of the racing sequel into early next year, announces Atari. The game was previously scheduled for release in North America on September 21 of this year, but they say: "The new release date will provide the developers with additional time to fully enhance the connected console multi-player experience for consumers and deliver the ultimate blend of exhilarating open world racing and a luxurious, fast-lane lifestyle." The game's beta testing is undergoing an unspecified scheduling change as a result, and they say they will be rewarding those already signed up with an exclusive in-game item.
