Garry's Mod Patch

A new patch for Garry's Mod is now automatically available on Steam, adding two new game modes, among the changes, which are listed below.

  • Added Fretta gamemode "Dogfight: Arcade Assault"
  • Added Fretta gamemode "Trouble in Terrorist Town"
  • Fixed laggy camera tracking
  • Fixed loadtime reporting sometimes not working
  • Fixed map cleanup removing physgun beam
  • Removed gm_mem_dump (server lag exploit)
  • Fixed game_text not displaying
  • Fixed startup problems caused by bad scripts/dsp_presets.txt
  • HTML Control now supports back/forward mouse buttons
  • AddConsoleCommand now takes an optional help parameter
  • CreateConVar now takes an optional help parameter
