While it's by no means a hard-and-fast rule, it has been noted previously in this space (and elsewhere), that webmasters tend to come in two general shapes: miniscule and gigantic. I fall into the former category myself, and am often asked my secret for maintaining the same weight I had back when I was supposed to be attending high school. Well it's certainly no secret, since it's been posted here before, but since we're upon it's anniversary, I'll post another link to the John Cash Diet, originally published three years ago.
