Al Lowe's Humor Site has an outline from the Leisure Suit Larry creator on his unrealized ideas for Leisure Suit Larry 8, which would have been the next installment in the lurid adventure series had he not parted ways with Sierra after the developer was acquired by CUC International. The game would have followed Larry into space following the conclusion of Leisure Suit Larry 7: Love for Sail!, and Lowe gives a little detail on how this would have played out, concluding with: "Would it have worked?
