According to this story at ActionAce.com, Shiny, the developers of the upcoming games Messiah and Sacrifice, have beaten out several contenders (including Bungie Studios) for the rights to make a game based on The Matrix, last year's ridiculously successful sci-fi movie. If this is true, then a formal announcement should be coming soon.
