Joystiq has a story that makes sense out of the distinction between free DLC for Mass Effect 2 offered through the Cerberus Network and paid DLC that's also coming for BioWare's RPG sequel. Word is paid DLC for the game will be available separately, while free DLC will be offered through the Cerberus Network, the game interface which will be free for original purchasers of the game and can be purchased separately for $15.00 by those with a pre-owned copy. "We'll definitely have for-pay DLC down the road too," explains BioWare's Dr. Greg Zeschuk. "It's not going to be all free DLC for Mass Effect 2 -- far from that. There'll be paid DLC packs, and there'll be stuff available through Cerberus as well." Thanks nin. Speaking of Mass Effect 2, there's a new interview with BioWare designer Casey Hudson on GameInformer.com.
