Section 8 developer TimeGate is suing SouthPeak, alleging the publisher has withheld royalty payments and entered into an unauthorized PS3 licensing deal for Section 8 with Russian company 1C, reports Joystiq. They reproduce legal documents that also include allegations about an unauthorized t-shirt promotion and misleading sales figures related to TimeGate's original agreement with Gamecock before Gamecock was purchased by SouthPeak.
