In case you tuned out during loony's "what's on TV as I write this" update yesterday, tonight's episode of the X-Files is an episode co-written by cyber-punk author William Gibson titled First Person Shooter, which has the following description on The X-Files site, "A murder inside the high-tech world of a virtual reality game leads Scully to battle a deadly digital character in order to save Mulder's life."
