A story on Finnish site eDome has reports a rumor that Earth No More is on "indefinite hold," as Recoil Games has shelved this first-person shooter announced in 2007 to focus on smaller games with a quicker turnaround (thanks Morris). They attribute this news to a "reliable source," saying the Finnish developer has run into financial difficulties, and needs to raise cash to sustain itself. 3D Realms originally announced the game, and presumably any funding from them has dried up in their diminished state. 3D Realms was sued for copyright infringement over this title in February, 2008, but we are not aware of the outcome of that case.
