There's a new small freeware program on Wolf's Unreal called Ulight that helps take the "guess work" out of picking the right numbers for colored lights in Unreal/Unreal Tournament maps by allowing you to open the Windows Color Common Dialog Box and pick the color you want and find the approximate Hue, Saturation and Brightness values to achieve that light color.
