Hot on the heels of the Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter news below, Seriously! has word from Croteam's Alen Ladavac on plans for multiplayer support for Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter. Word is to expect deathmatch mode and dedicated server support in upcoming updates, and while no time-frame for the releases is offered, they speculate deathmatch support may come before dedicated servers. They also report he mentions that Serious Sam: The Second Encounter HD may include more multiplayer surprises and that there are some all-new deathmatch maps in the works, though for which of the two games is not specified.
