GAME.AMD.COM now offers downloads of new version 9.11 Catalyst reference drivers for ATI accelerators. As noted here, the new Windows drivers add GPU acceleration of H.264 video content using Adobe Flash Player 10.1 Beta and High Quality downscaling for video transcoding MSE. The new Linux drivers add support for RHEL 5.4 and openSUSE 11.2, though we cannot find the new Linux drivers for download yet.
