Rockers No Doubt sue Activision over "Band Hero" reports that No Doubt is suing Activision of misappropriation of the band's likeness in Band Hero. In a complaint similar to objections to Kurt Cobain's use in Guitar Hero 5, the objection is the depiction of the band performing the music of other artists. The suit uses the example of Gwen Stefani singing the Rolling Stones song Honky Tonk Woman, saying this "results in an unauthorized performance by the Gwen Stefani avatar in a male voice boasting about having sex with prostitutes."
