The Dungeons & Dragons Online Forums announce Turbine is opening a new server for Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited to cope with the influx of players since the game's subscription requirement was dropped. The new server is called "Orien," and word is it "will be open to new characters only. Character transfers will not be available for the new world at this time." Thanks Massively.
