Word of a couple tweaky bits of news come from the tweaks at Tweak3D: The TweakAll Download Page has a new version of this program that allows control over a bunch of settings for your machine like VCACHE and some 3Dfx settings, and Tweak3D's own Windows Shell Tweak Guide is up with info on how the power-hungry can replace their Windows 98 shell with the "faster Windows 95 shell," tweak either the Windows 95 or 98 shell, or even replace your Windows 95/98 shell with a custom shell of your choice.
