Optimus finalises CD Projekt takeover has word that the odd Polish stock market switcharoo revealed earlier this month is now complete: "As a result of the acquisition the owners of CDP Investment will retain control of the CD Projekt Group, while gaining control of Optimus by acquiring 50 per cent of the listed company's shares." By pulling some shenanigans with nearly bankrupt Polish PC company Optimus, CD Projekt is now a publicly traded company.
