Wolverine Studios announces they have acquired PureSim Baseball to bolster their lineup of sports games. Word is developer Shaun Sullivan remains with the project, and they will be releasing PureSim Baseball 2 on October 16:

Current PureSim Baseball developer Shaun Sullivan will remain with the program as the Director of the game going forward as well as offering his expertise to all Wolverine Studios projects. Shaun Sullivan first released PureSim Baseball in 2002 and has become one of the most respected developers of simulation sports since then.
