Turbine announces December 1, 2009 as the release date for the Siege of Mirkwood expansion for The Lord of the Rings Online and pre-launch offers for the game and add-on, including LOTRO Lifetime Memberships, a new bonus-laden LOTRO Adventurer’s Pack, and opportunities to get the expansion for free. Here are the prelaunch offers:

Starting today, players can take can take advantage of several special pre-launch offers to celebrate the release of the second expansion to LOTRO:
