It seems amazing that after all this time, nobody has seen the actual Daikatana sword, but it would appear that PlanetDaikatana has posted the first screenshot from Daikatana of the game's eponymous sword. The shot is from the third episode in the game, and shows off "the boathouse" as well as the weapon.
